Rock Hard Ice Cream? Try This!

Ice cream tends to get rock hard if left in the freezer for too long. It becomes difficult to scoop and if you leave it out to "warm up" a little, there are nasty ice crystals which kills the taste. Try scooping some out and you have a broken spoon:

The solution? Put it in a ziplock bag. The next time you take it out, you won't break a spoon!
